A local branch of the Polish Musicological Society, established a month earlier in Warsaw, is now established in Lwów, and Koffler is invited to the founding meeting.

Koffler’s Sielanka [Idyll], Op. 4, also known as Capriccio pastorale, is presented as part of a symphonic concert held by the PTM in Lwów.

Koffler serves on the jury of military bands’ competition for the Cup of the Sixth Corps District Command, held at Lwów’s Nowości Theatre. Then, on September 22-23, he serves on the jury of another competition, in which nine infantry regiment military bands compete for the Cup of the Eighth Corps District Command. The event is held in Toruń.

This academic year Koffler is appointed professor of harmony and atonal composition at the PTM Conservatoire in Lwów. It was the only such a specialised class of composition in Poland.
