Echo was a monthly journal focusing on Lwów's musical culture, founded by Koffler in 1936. The publication's lifespan was limited to seven issues. The editorial office operated from the composer's private residence at 5/2 Chmielowskiego Street.

The journal was produced at Stanisław Kübler's printing establishment at 4 Mariacki Square in Lwów.
